BENEFITS TO PURCHASING MAINTENANCE WITH LICENSE:

• 24×7 Technical Support via Email
• Free version upgrades for maintenance contract duration plus 90 days
• The flexibility to make various modifications to your license including:
  • # of Tags
  • Feature Set
  • Which Server the License is Installed On
  • Commissioning / Decommissioning
  • Reuse of Licenses
  • Parking of Licenses
• For your maintenance renewal(before expiration date), you pay percentage(20%) of the base price of products for each year of maintenance. Discounts are provided for multiple years purchased.
• You can move a license from one system to another.
• Price Protection (Price-Per-Tag will NOT increase for the same set of features, drivers, or interfaces even when OAS base pricing does increase).

WITHOUT A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT:

• You still can receive 24×7 Technical Support via email but at a rate of $200 per hour on a 5-hour retainer – service hours must be replenished at the 2-hour mark. (Service hours will be billed in 15-minute increments).
• No version upgrades after 90 days of purchase.
• You DO NOT have the flexibility to make modifications to:
  • # of Tags
  • Feature Set
  • Which Server the License is Installed On
  • Commissioning / Decommissioning
  • Reuse of Licenses
  • Parking of Licenses
• You cannot move a license.
• You DO NOT receive Price Protection – any future renewals or modifications to the license will be charged at the OAS’s current market rate.

If Maintenance has lapsed and you wish to get back onto maintenance, please provide license code from existing license(s) and email license code to jack@oasiot.com, from this Sales will put together a quote to get your maintenance current.
